Soils We Offer:

We offer a fine selection of quality soils, each with unique properties serving different purposes. The following list of soils are all available for delivery in Orangeville:

• Topsoil: Topsoil is a blend of mineral particles, water, organic matter, and microorganisms. It is applied to the outermost top layer of the soil. We offer two types of topsoil:
• Screened Topsoil: This topsoil is screened to half an inch. It is a heavy and dense material that has rich properties to enhance gardens and landscaping. It should be used as a foundation for trees and shrubs, vegetable and floral gardens, and lawn filling. 

• Triple Mix Soil: This topsoil is a strong and rich combination of compost, black loam, and sandy soil. Our passionate quality assurance team works hard to sterilize all soil before sending it out for delivery; this balances the soil properties to maximize its value. Sterilization also removes all weeds and weed-like contaminants in our soil. Triple mix soil can be beneficial in all horticulture. 

• Compost: Compost can be mixed in with soil or places on top. It is a high nutrients concentration soil consisting of decomposing organic material. Compost is beneficial in supporting plant growth and maintaining soil health. 

Mulch:  Mulch is used to keep moisture in the soil; it is an organic material that is beneficial in boosting soil health and fertility. Mulch can also add aesthetic value to any garden, trail, or other landscape work. Lastly, mulch is crucial for reducing weed growth!
